So I spent the most lovely weekend with Louise and Ken (@Weezilou ). So relaxing and full of Louise's special charm, humor, and brilliant smile.
This is one of MANY feral cats that visit their Kingdom. This one liked to hide behind a skinny tree and try to sneak up on the birds in their feeder. AS IF they didn't know he was there! He's wider than the tree!
Anyway we had a great time sitting out by the Royal pool in our Royal rocking chairs while Ken served us Zucchini bread and Cappuccino's. And then we watched him work in the Royal backyard. Ah yes, the life of Princesses.
OMG Joy, I ADORE AND TOTALLY LOVE this! The processing is beyond awesome, and of course I really like this kitty visitor (who doesn't seem feral, but a freeloader!) I'm going to have to print and frame this...maybe with my cluster in Lunenburg...the one's I call, "Summer Cats that Aren't Mine..."
I'm SO glad I could share the "Sisterhood of Princesses"... Ken's too good a guy to keep all to myself! Mark your calendar and save the dates...you are welcome back ANY time!

Totally digging the name of that book, too....maybe the next time I could join the princesses?! maybe?......:-)))))) @weezilou Thank you for your wonderful invitation, and sorry I could not make it there this weekend....the days were long and HOT....totally exhausted after three days of that, and just now recovering, and this heatwave is not helping things much. I am looking forward to spending time with you both when Louise returns for good from NS....love!
