This morning was a very crisp start and we had a pretty good frost.. and as I came up the drive a mid morning the 'Pond' was looking beautiful.. The Welcome Swallows were having fun catching little bugs on the water surface.. and of cause as soon as I got camera in had .. they disappeared.. but the reflection of the Cabbage tree and the distant Bulls still gave a good image..
@busylady I think you have them in the UK .. There botanical name in Cordyline.. called Cabbage tree as the Maori's use to eat the tender shoots.. they are a very common tree in NZ and grow very well in damp swampy ground
