Today I got a early morning phone call from my daughter to .. Help out with child care.. GD #2 was unwell with a cold and could I come and hang out with her.. she is 11 and no problem and we can have some fun together.. She belongs to a Camera Club at school and so she wanted some Nana Help in getting a good shot.. so we went and got some fresh air at the nearby Hunua Falls.. this is my shot but she did get one as good.. love how the fantails were dancing around the water and also the slight rainbow from the spray...
What pretty waterfalls. I haven't heard of them before. I love that you got out of the house and took photos together. What a great way to spend a "sick" day.
I thought I had a black mark on my screen at first....quite unusual to see that fantail above the waterfall I think! Hope your granddaughter is feeling better! Lydia & her friend are still in Morrinsville at Brian & Lesley's. Lydia is not at all well after her flight so they are holed up there, so glad she is not in some hostel somewhere!
