Native Tuna....

The other day while on our drive up the coast from my Sister's home we went to the local Native Tree Nursery... it was an amazing place along with fantastic plants at very reasonable prices were lots of pieces of art work ... I love this piece that were wooden carved Native NZ Tuna ( or Eels) in a cadge made from pieces of native climber..

I have a thing about smooth wood like this! If I was there I would be stroking my hand all along that carved fish.
