Koru....

As @dide and I were walking around the pretty little pond the other day we noticed that all the new growth on the Punga ( Tree Ferns) were looking very fresh and lush... Love how the leaves uncurl..
Koru means loop in Maori and symbolizes new life.
It is also a very common symbol in Maori carvings, art and tattoo's...
