Camera Obscura...

While visiting my Sister earlier in the week we went to a new installment in town.. A Camera Obscura is a darkened room with a small hole through which an image is projected onto the wall opposite the hole.. The same principle as a pin hole camera. The longer you stayed the clearer the image appeared.. The site is a lift Bridge over the river.. Makes a fascinating sculpture..

So interesting. A friend of ours collects cameras and he made himself a camera obscura.

It's so fantastic - a lot of fundraising went into getting this built. Isn't the loop a lovely walk :)

@christinav My friends friend was the instigator of it.. a great asset.. Only did a small portion if the walk as it was wet.. Have to go back to do the rest..
