This is my Daughter and Son-In-law heading off on a training run.. They are a very sporty family and are never still.. over the winter months they have been competing in the XTerra trail running series Mum and Dad doing the 1/2 marathon course and the girls and their faithful 3 legged dog Milo do the 6 K course.. There is a bit of friendly rivalry as to who wins between Mum and Dad at this stage I think they are about equal wins... Daughter is a good way ahead on this practice run..
