This is a close up the flower of the Cabbage tree in my other album for the ONS10 challenge.. I spent a bit of time in the paddock/field waiting for the light to get just right.. There seems to be lots of flowers on the cabbage tree's at the moment and there is a Maori legend has it that if the Flowers are early, a dry summer will follow.. We will have to wait and see on that one..
The color and lighting are wonderful. (I just noticed that you have the same camera that I do and I love it. It's fairly new, so I have much to learn.)
@thimblelady I have had mine about 15 months now and yes there is a lot to learn.. Yesterday while down in the paddock waiting for the light to come right I was having a bit of a fiddle and found a few more things to play with.. thanks for your comments
