Lest we forget...

I have been saving this shot of this lovely Poppy f or a couple of weeks.. I took it at my Sisters garden, every time I had been in her garden the breeze was blowing them around so were impossible to photograph.. but on this calm morning I managed a shot.. love the centre of this bloom.. Today we remembered our fallen Soldiers .. at the 11th Hour, on the 11th day of the 11 month..

This almost doesn't look real, it is so perfect! I like the texture of the petals, and all the details in the center of the poppy! I like the bright red color too!
