Working on color in shots right now. Very striking. Interesting my first thought was hot. Between the color and the blacktop and brightness of the photo I guess it reminded me of summer heat.
Interesting - my eyes cant decide whether to prioritise the black or the yellow and are left constantly looking between the two but unable to resolve the both.
My first thought when I saw it in thumbnail, was that it was a shadow of a post in a parking lot. My mind immediately said, "What an odd place for a post." I am like @helenhall, but have decided I would really like for the yellow line to be completed on the lower left.
