At the supermarket, part 2

I went to a new supermarket. These were in a basket near the cantaloupes. Their colors and texture caught my attention.

Lychees....they are delicious...The lychee tree is native to southern China, northern Vietnam and Myanmar and has been grown in Australia since the 1970s. Have you tried these Elyse?

They do not look familiar to me...so interesting! I wouldn't know how to eat one.

@happysnaps I have never tried one. I was looking for a cantaloupe and these were right across the aisle. They had lots of international items- chile peppers, cactus leaves, white radishes and more. I typically grab a couple bananas or apples, just enough of what I know. I will go there again and see everything!

This are Lychees. This fruit and those from the nex pic. are very much the same (Peeled) Have them both often but prefer the other one best.
