As a Child

Scorpio
And Leo
Libra
And more so
Allowed the
Mind expanse
To there go

The unknowing.
The awesome expanse
Lent the unboundless
Imagination
Its playground,
And we could play
With endless
Possibilities

And now
The sky is close,
And the objects
Are known

This is no longer
Our playground.
And I weep

I worry, a tad, about its future, and mine, as a stumbling poet
