As my camera is still being fixed, I have attempted some Fine Art Photography.
Today I am thankful for...
1. The opportunity to expand the ways in which I express myself artistically.
2. My life. It is full of memorable moments, wonderful and supportive people, thats includes everyone here :) and it brings me so much joy.
3. The calm that continuously surrounds me. Today is my 100th day of expressing graitude for the life that I am so very fortunate to enjoy. Over those 100 days, I have journeyed from being in an extremely bad place - to now being in a wonderful place and extremely resilient. In this time, I have had some negative things occur that would normally have set me up for failure and repeated upset in my life. Nothing has physically changed for me. I'm still having to deal with the same pressures, people and situations. Yet my mental health has improved beyond measure. My attitude is one of glass half full and my moods are calm and steady. I am so very thankful that I chose 'Gratitude'.
