@shannejw thanks for commenting what you think - I do agree but I decided to go with it for the rainbow as I did that with nearly all the month shots. I already know how I'm going to compose everything for next years rainbow, learned heaps doing the one this year!
Yes, I've learned from doing a whole month - I've done a rainbow week before, in irritation because someone set me a "take pictures in colour" as a Get Pushed challenge in the middle of Flash of Red February. If I was doing it again, I'd have photographed everything against the right coloured backgrounds consistently.
@shannejw I have multiple albums and next year I will do FoR Feb in this album rather than my regular koala one. we do learn :)
I've learned a lot about planning the calendar in advance by looking at how some others calendars look and realise that I never thought about the calendar view side of things. Mine looks nice, but not spectacular. It does help having multiple albums. I only aim to fill my 365 album every single day and use the others for extra stuff :) it's great watching how so many different folk fill the colours up!
