What a day... I dropped my daughter off at the pool in Victoria (she's staying with friends tonight) at 7:15 am and then drove a record breaking 2.5 hours north to home. I was at the property by 10:30 am. My husband & son along with a friend & his son were busy stripping the footing forms and getting the foundation organized. I worked a solid four hours pulling nails from lumber and packing 3'x 4' foundation forms. I am seriously scared about how my hands & arms are going to feel in the morning. I haven't worked that hard in a LONG time!! The weather was rather interesting... sun, rain, wind, and rainbows!!! I couldn't decide which to share so here's a large one that arched the entire property. You can see the location of the new house.
I have not commented on a single photo today... so sorry! I'll try to check out your stuff tonight. I think sleep is going to come very early so I'm not sure I'll get much accomplished today.
what a great ending to a very hard day's work! i bet you sleep well, and hopefully wake with no joint problems! beautiful capture of an amazing rainbow
