Not the most exciting of collages but I thought I'd share our beach find today. We woke up to what we thought was a HUGE log washed ashore. When we walked out to it we discovered it was actually 30 GIANT tires all strapped together with metal and chain. I've no idea where it came from but I'm hoping it will float away at high tide. It was covered in long sea creature things that sucked themselves in when we touched them. I'm so glad we took the time to walk out and see it.
Wonderful find - I can only imagine it was some sort of buoy for a ship to stop it bumping onto the harbour wall, or some such thing! It looks massive though! Very interesting.
