Following on from yesterday's offering here is Nutshell Bridge in all it's glory. Only horse and carts can cross the rough track on this 1778 construction. On the other side of the bridge is a smaller house but a secret tunnel passes under the track between the houses.
Both houses had hoists on the 1st floor and barges tied up to unload it's cargo.
