They're Even in the Gutters.

Well the Hollyhocks are growing everywhere and I found this one just along the road from that red one the other day. Every month the local council clean the gutters with lorries with big mechanical brushes that clear up all the dust and rubbish.

Fortunately they can't get into little lay-bies where the cars park, so this flower has taken advantage. On the right you can see the bonnet of a parked car whilst on the left is a public footpath. So even the gutters can be pretty.
Soooo pretty - well spotted and captured.
