I know this won't be of interest to you but the bearings on my washing machine have gone, so much so that I had to turn off the TV because I couldn't hear it for the noise from the washer spinning.
I expect your all wondering what this has to do with today's picture, well I had to raid the piggy bank and go out to buy a new washing machine from my nearby town. Outside the little supermarket they were collecting money for a children's charity and this little horse was lending a hand. I bet you didn't really think I had a sore throat did you.
Oh and when I told the man in the electrical shop that I was looking for a new washing machine he asked me what I wanted it to do. I replied, "Wash my Clothes", I don't think he was impressed with my answer.
Sweet capture with a hilarious title and story! I would have answered the salesman the same way. I'm so out of touch with high technology, I'm not sure what else a washing machine can do other than clean!
Ask a stupid question get a stupid answer! Not that yours was..... Enjoy washing clothes. We were with a washing for 5 weeks....very glad to have my new one now.
I would say i suppose you trotted off after this photo was taken Heather , joking all a side glad you got a new washing machine sorted out love your tale of the story at least your answer back to the sales man was a clean one fav (as in clean washing ). funny though you taking this photo there was a similiar activity where Anne and I Live in Surrey on Saturday in our local town centre which is in Walton a man with a pony was collecting for disabled Children.
Just love this = great title and the washing machine salesman is amazing. What did he think you wanted a washing machine to do? Perhaps it could take your photos and upload them to 365?!!!! Silly man! Well really it says it all - he was a man so what we he know about washing machines anyway!!!
Phew. I thought you were going to say you knocked over this charity bucket to get a new washer. She's looking at you with suspicion. Perhaps she heard of you and this is her guard horse.
I like your interaction with the man at the electrical shop. :) And this is a great photo. The woman seems a bit wary of the whole photo-taking business. Ha.
Nahh lass as long as its your bearings not your marbles that have gone ,I have seen bigger dogs was that bred to go down the pits .seriously nice shot Heather
