I nipped out this afternoon to find today's capture near to the village church, where I knew that the bulbs and flowers where coming out. I took the photographs but got distracted by a farm and old barn next to the church.
It's surprising what you can find when you look closely at things and this was the case with these little calves. I slowly moved up to the doorway and at first they moved backwards away from me, I have that effect on humans as well especially when I crack jokes, but they all became inquisitive and got closer and closer.
After a few captures they were so close they were trying to lick the lens and the grassy breath was a bit strong. Never mind I have found other peoples breath just as bad, but they weren't so hairy.
