Thank you for all your comments yesterday on my pond lily flower, I do appreciate the few that popped in. I was surprised however where everyone seem to have gone as by the time I went to bed only 7 comments were there. (Just an unusual moan from me after spending a good hour and a bit every day commenting on others capture).
I've taken this from my Brother-in-Law's garden and his precious cherry bushes. Every year he drapes them in netting, just to keep the birds and insects off, but as you can see an odd one one two have been devoured.
They are still green but with the heatwave already started they should be a lovely red colour and ripe by mid-July, cherry tart anyone.
Yum, cherry tarts! Nice shot. With time zone differences, I must be patient for comments and my comments often come late. Just not enough time in the day. I appreciate your visits.
They look so lush, and your photo makes them feel real! I think the weather and time of year is affecting commenting. But I do know how you feel, have same feelings sometimes myself :)
The cherries are beginning to ripen round here and I took a few shots of the ones that grow near my office but I bet the birds will have them before us humans get a chance. Nice shot Heather and yes, I have noticed that there haven't been many comments lately which does make you feel a bit disappointed. However, I am perhaps a bit guilty too as I have to spend so much time watering the garden before getting down to 365
