Saturday is always busy for me as I'm working on my football clubs live matches. Now I know I'm boring and a bit of a nerd, but I'm the club's official statistician and have kept records for over 40+ years. I feed the commentators with facts during the match which was live on Sky Sports today. I also have a website with all the records. That's why I'm a bit late today.
I really think this is a tremendous tree I found situated on a path in my village. It was beside a footpath into a new housing estate and must be many years older than the buildings. The trunk twists round at least 90 degrees as it grew which is really neat when your up close to it.
The path is also on my Brother's doggie walk and he tells me it's a cherry tree. If that's the case it should look beautiful when in full bloom and I must test the harvest.
Oh by the way I don't want any sympathy, but my Forest Green Rovers were beaten 1-0 by Bolton Wanderers today, just saying.
An awesome tree, an awesome photo and, like the cherry on the cake ;), an awesome narrative.
I find it so interesting about your job as statistician for football clubs.
