I set my table up for Thanksgiving yesterday. Took a couple shots today during the day but really wanted something a little different. Notices all the little tea lights I had on the windowsill so thought that might be what I was looking for. When everyone went up to bed I thought I'd play for a little while with the tea light idea and my camera. Turned out better than what I envisioned.
Really nice but for my tastes I think a little more light on the dinner plate. Although t does show better on the black. Not a lot more light just a hint or suggestion of it.
@janiskay you are probably right and I did try that but ended up preferring the rim light on the corner. I will still play with it in lightroom since I lightened the whole picture and not just the plate.... thanks Janice I really do love the feedback :-)
