I was watching the gannets at Neist Head in Skye on Saturday. Not a lot of them around, but those that were there were fairly active.

Great shot - dark blue of the sea a perfect colour to show off the beautiful bird. V. Sad it might have the flue.

The eyes don't look right do they. What drew my attention to it was how close to shore it was and was making no effort to fly. it also kept stabbing itself behind the neck which I've also seen in other infected birds.
