My daughter and I raced down to the Town Beach to try and capture some shots of the incredible Wolf Moon last evening. Being a complete novice and shaking in the freezing cold, this was the best of them (unfortunately). I was trying to capture the moon, the reflection on the ocean as well as on a small pool of water directly in the middle, and in the foreground, the snow patch, that looked to me in the dark, to take on the shape of the Cape. I was so unhappy with the outcome of these shots but wanted to post anyway
The colour is amazing Lizzy. You needed to be racing down with a tripod. I have so many shots where I regretted not thinking to take the tripod. Still.... this is a great shot
