Last Rays - NF-SOOC by lsquared

Last Rays - NF-SOOC

A day late (and a dollar short?)...

A nidwestern sunset for my last entry into Richard Sayer's (@vignouse) NF-SOOC September 2019 challenge... The goal was to take and post images using only a 50mm (or FF equivalent) lens and to post the JPEG as captured in camera.

I actually posted 18 NF-SOOC images in the month, plus this extra. Nowhere near one-per-day, but better than I expected.

Focal length = 32.9 mm (in 35mm: 49.0 mm)
this came out beautifully! the saturation of color as a backdrop to those wonderful tall grasses and I like your placement of the horizon!

@jackies365 @photographycrazy @joysabin @bkbinthecity @amyk @ludwigsdiana @joansmor @koalagardens @louannwarren @s4sayer

Wow, thanks everyone!! I apprecvite all of the kind feedback!

@graemestevens "distressingly pretty" - Ah, but it is the fleeting "pretty" that comes just before the blackness... :-)

@s4sayer - I love fall, except for the shorter days. I don't get off work until 6, soon even these sunset photos will be unavailable. Weekday photos become more of a challenge :-(.
