It was only when I saw this shot that I realised how much higher Shepherd's Hill is than the surrounding valley. The pre-sunset light washed the valley floor with soft light.

I'm not a big fan of the Australian 'bush' landscape but I think you have captured this perfectly Lyn. I wonder how this photo would look now after all the rain, I'm sure the rolling hills would be much greener.
