watching the clock by ltodd

watching the clock

My get-push-14 challenge from Alison ( @alisonp ) was burst zoom using the camera, not post-editing.

Another unreasonably busy week at work, and so I found it tricky identifying a suitable subject, and capturing the desired amount of motion blur was quite hit & miss.
This technique works quite well on a crowd photo, or forest scene, but I was fresh out of both this week!!
@alisonp got there in the end Alison! hope this meets your get-pushed brief. :)

I've been wanted to try my hand at this effect Lyn, this photo inspired me to go out and finally give it a go. Wonderfully done, love how the clock's shape makes such great use of that effect!

An interesting experiment rather than mere gimmickry, and the result is quite attractive too.
