Over the next few weeks I will be posting as wifi access and time permits because central Kenya has many power outages! I am visiting and working in a range of rural schools & will share some of the heart warming scenes I have been privileged to be part of. Please excuse my lack of comments, but I have never felt time is quite so precious....so much to do, and so little time.... :)
Oh Lyn that's a precious image! It's marvelous that the children seem both drawn to your camera as something of a curiosity and others are coy and shy about it all! Send photos when you can, but use that precious time for what's really important in life!
Forget the commenting Lynn. Your work is more important. These glimpses into your life in Kenya are wonderful and worth waiting for. Such beautiful and happy children
Oh my gracious! This immediately took me back to my visit to Tanzania a year and a half ago. These children look so similar to the orphans that I was working with. What beautiful faces and it makes me long to go back. I can't wait to see more like this from your experiences. This is amazing Lyn
I *thought* this sweet photo looked familiar, Lynn! I hope we can look forward to many new and updated ones when wifi is strong again! Thank you for your kind words this evening. I needed to engage in some art therapy as I felt so dismissed by some individual I've never met! Her label, for sure, ...I needed to vent!
