Yesterday, I was prone in a daffodil field not drinking wine. Today I have brought the garden indoors to a white box to see the beauty of these very tiny flowers. I don’t know what they are called but they are extremely small - the same size as violets. I’m trying for white on white.
Three good things:
1. Finding the base line on our 365friends' lives and photos - what they see and what is happening with them! I really feel privileged!
2. Organised a timer to come on at a certain time to water one part of our vegetable garden where I shall put a number of pot plants while we are away for 6 - 7 weeks. Its a Road Trip.
3. The cat is staring at me, her eyes slits while she paws at the leather couch arms - she wants her tea but the good thing is that she never miauis! How do you spell that!
Can't help in flower name but they are so pretty and delicate. They look like fuchsias, the way the leaves curl up and the hanging stamen. Like the simplicity. Think meow is the spelling.
Meows I think! A road trip....you are gad a outs! Hope you are going to be around when we come your way!! These are delicate looking flowers...a sort of cross between a narccici & a lily!
Just watching the All Blacks play Georgia....Dan Carter can't convert tonight at all! Love the new Haka!
@maggiemae another road trip? Lucky you. Looking forward to seeing your photos wherever you are going. I agree re the ABs. No doubt they will be getting the message at half time. Cute flower btw but no idea of the name.
My cat hardly ever me out either. I looked up on the actually describes some breeds with the characteristics of whether or not they me or not. I think she may be a Siberian. This photo is an enchanting. At first I thought like I thought it was like beautiful old stationery from Downton Abbey or pressed flowers. Plus I love the very first sentence you opened with here.
This is beautiful Maggiemae. Great detail and white on white. I haven't a clue what they are but then what do I know about flowers. Not a lot!! Your road trip sounds exciting. Was wondering why you chose this time of year and then remembered it's your summer. I confuse easily!! Fav
It's very pretty- whatever it is. I haven't seen anything around here that is similar to it other than maybe a pretty little flower we call Spring Beauty. But it's not as "lily-like" as this one is. It's very pretty as a white on white. And I believe the spelling would be: meows
Lovely flowers, and so delicate!! Have fun on your road trip, but do keep in touch.....I would miss your beautiful photos, and your wonderful sense of humor!!

Enjoy your trip!
Meow said the cat! She knows you are planning a 6 week trip!
