Little Boy's Toys by maggiemae

Little Boy's Toys

The Big Boy’s Toy’s event was full of activity. Fathers and sons mainly looked and tested of course. This was a young boy who was having such fun with a remote controlled car. He gave me such a happy look!

Three good things:
1. Never seen “Lady Chatterley’s Lover’ before but while waiting for John to return, why not! Good acting..
2. Lost the car in the carpark, whistled to Sadie but she didn’t respond! About to give up and I saw her smugly sitting there not quite winking at me!
3. I sat on one of the motorbikes but could hardly get my leg over it was so wide! I had to pick that leg up and heave it!
WELL PLAYED ALLBLACKS!
He certainly seems to be enjoying himself. Great capture.

This boy looks so very happy, but it does sound as if Sadie is sulking.....Have you not been paying enough attention to her lately? Maybe she knows about the bikes and feels jilted?!

That does look a marvellous man show ....such a happy face! I laughed about poor Sadie......she was probably thankful to be able to rest up after all that motoring! Give her a break! You looked great on that bike!

@panthora Sadie gets lots of attention, Osia - John keeps looking out the window at her and waving!

@happypat Sadie had a full clean courtesy of the Company we bought it from. Inside and out - she looks a dream now! All that dust, gravel and sand gone!

@rosiekerr There were lots of drones to buy in the Show, Rosie!

@maggiemae Ready to start the rest of her trip!! Hope yore resting up for a day or two.
October 31st, 2015
@happypat Not really, Pat. I have to walk for about 10 minutes to get to the show and then we are back and forth visiting John' sister in the rest home. So much traffic!

Fun shot! Housemates from England have kept me abreast of the game and I immediately thought of you! Hoping by now you have appeased, Sadie!

A lovely shot - Hope Ruby doesn't get jealous of Sadie when she is left at home ... alone :(
November 1st, 2015
@snaphappi Maggie - Ruby sat there and wept when she knew there was no room in the boot for her!

You'll have to get Sadie a roof-rack !!
November 1st, 2015
@snaphappi Never thought of that - and there is a specific place on the roof for this! But, I haven't had the time to get on the bike on this trip - Sadie takes us through all the tough as well as the smooth stuff!

SO cute...boys and their toys!

Awww- brings back memories of my boys at this age. They loved all the "boy stuff"- cars, trucks, outer space, building things and tools. But I don't think either of them had a remote controlled car. He sure looks like he's having fun!
