The day ended with a dinner at a pub down in the historic part of town next to the Steam Punk Centre. It was with a motorbike group touring NZ in one week! Their timetable consisted of getting up at 6am and riding for 8 hours - not for me!
Outside the pub I heard this roaring sound and round the corner came this! Just in time for one quick shot in semi-focus.
Three good things:
1. Relaxed day watering plants.
Being able to leave the dinner party in reasonable time - I’m not into long conversations deep into the night now!
3. The wind died down in the evening.
Wonder how fast he was going. you got a good shot of it.
here is my answer to your question. It was a new picture I saw at my daughter-in-law house at Christmas. since I know the building, I took a quick shot of it and in all the hustle and bustle I forgot to ask her where and when she purchased this picture.
Saw only the photo first and guessed this was one of yours! However, did think it was one you made-up until I read the commentary. Well done on being so quick complete with action blur.
Varoom, Varoom!!! Very cool ride and excellent capture of the moment of the car!! Awesome car too!! Reminds me of my younger days and the souped up cars we had. Great lights too! FAV!
Great capture Maggie. Touring NZ in one week? Crazy people. It might be a small country but I really don't think I could get round it properly in under 6 months :)

Nice movement!
