Truly blindsided. Knees doing great! I guess myo stress about the knee surgery during the prior months caught up with me..found myself in the emergency room Monday morning. Then admitted as an inpatient and won't be released until Sunday. I get to move into a whole new life of restricted eating adventures. Gone are the days of "I can eat anything."
