Today we went back to our local gym. It's a great gym and offers a lot. I mostly did the recumbent bike, the stretching table and some hip-flexor strengthening exercises - but it's a start and if I expect to make it around the golf course tomorrow and not crash after 18 holes, then I better start building strength!
