We Remember So We Don't Forget

I drove into Old Town to the Veteran's Memorial and took this shot of Old Glory. She is a little tattered, but aren't we all? She is OUR flag - and rightfully, today the flag is at half-staff.

I love the freyed edges...just like us...but still standing. Great shot. I also like how the sky appears so white and it really makes our stars & stripes stand out!
