Apologies to the queasy... I started my day at 4 am with my face in this sink for nearly an hour with a massive bloody nose which made the sink look like a violent crime scene! Then, after sitting with me and helping me with tissues, towels, etc., my fab husband scrubbed the sink until it shone and declared it ready to be processed by a CSI team! :)
@grammyn Totally a keeper! I am fine, I guess... just nervous about a repeat. Last year I had 2 of them about 5 days apart, but didn't get meds until after the second one. Apparently it's caused by a nasal infection and blood vessels very close tot the surface. Yesterday there was talk about a possible cauterization in he future... YUCK!
@grammyn My doctor said the time in the humidity of the south would be good for it! :) However... my first one was in the Caribbean last year and the second was in Seattle, so... ??
Yikes! Sorry to hear about the incident; hope you don't have a repeat this time. My eldest daughter gets nosebleeds from time to time because of the dry air here. Whenever it happens, we then start putting the humidifier in her room for a few nights, which seems to help.
Too bad about the bloody nose and hope this does not happen again. This happens to my husband once in a while also. Sounds like you have a wonderful husband and a very clean sink.
