I decided this might be the best way to let my followers know that I have decided to take a little sabbatical from 365. I will probably pop in occasionally to see how everyone is doing and maybe upload a shot or two, but I have been so swamped lately – with fun as well as work – that I am feeling incredibly stressed trying to keep up with daily photos and commenting. This has been one of the best communities to be a part of and has given me some of the best learning experiences of my life so I don't want to quit, but I also don't want it to become a chore. So, since I am not going away forever I will not bid farewell... but will just say, "See ya'..."
Marilyn, This is a beautiful photo of you two!! Take some time off, I say, and come back refreshed. I know what you mean about it becoming a chore. I don't know how to stay away and I don't know how to make it not be a chore. 365 is very addictive. I will keep an eye out and try to catch your postings!! Good luck with all you do!!
I understand; just had to make that decision recently myself. And now the one or two photos I am posting per week don't seem like such a chore. It was the daily bit that was hard to keep up with. I look forward to when you do begin posting again.

I miss you all already, even though I have been popping in to peek a bit. I am still looking at everything and thinking what a great shot it would make, but haven't picked up my camera for a few days... I'm REALLY taking a break! Hopefully the break will do me good and get my photography juices flowing again! When I do come back it will probably be not as a "true" 365 project photo-a-day, but more of a photo-whenever and maybe limit my commenting time and not comment on every photo, but enough to let you all know that I am still supporting you and appreciating your support in return... :)

@wannabe I'll still be hanging around and maybe even post a photo or two, but for now I am enjoying looking at everything and saying to myself, "That would be a good shot," but not actually worrying about stopping the car or going in the house for the camera... just taking th shot in my brain! :) I have a feeling i will be taking lots of photos on the two motorcycle trips we have coming up, so I will probably be post some of those when we get back... I don't want anyone to forget, or to give up on me... :)
@marilyn It does make it less of a chore to take pics when you go somewhere interesting instead of having to think of something to take a picture of. I'll be here waiting to see what you find!
I was wondering today where you have gone. And so I looked you up and read this! I hope you will come back some day, but enjoy your break! I really appreciated you as my follower! Your comments were always kind and very frequent and it was always fun when you joined the selfies-competition. I hope to see you around, but for now I wish you all the best.
