Not This Year by marilyn

Not This Year

I have two sets of decorations for my tree -- one set is the snowmen my Mom made for me and one is what I call my "pretty" set of iridescent glass balls, silver bows, iridescent and pearlescent bead garland, and pearlescent and gold tinsel garland. Since I used the snowmen this year the tinsel garland is still in its protective plastic bags in the "Tree Decorations" tote.

Nice one. Interesting, almost abstract shot.

The tinsel garland looks good in the bag even! I like the pop of red and the frame!

do you want to edit "mypm" ?

Or you could have more than one tree. I have five! A full size, a small and three minis - one for each of my children for their rooms.

@mstipe I like that idea in principle, but I have a hard time finding a spot for one tree! I have way too any other decorations to make room even for small trees.

Look at you - you seem very organized. You probably never have to untangle those light cords. We try each year and fail

@myhrhelper Marvin wraps Christmas light cords around cardboard tubes for tangle-free ease. I discovered that baggies for each strand of tinsel also keeps it tangle-free. I don't know about organized, but over the years we haves managed to learn a few tricks! :)
