All the plants are now water logged thanks to Debby.
Again, out of an abundance of caution, uploading early in case of power outage. Tropical Storm Debby moving at only three mph, just sits there over Savannah - churning up rain band after rain band drenching us. Flash flood warnings until 8 PM Friday. Ugh!
@dkellogg Thank you so much, David. They say it will be out of here by Friday. Between 6 a.m. yesterday and 6:30 a.m. this morning - six plus inches. My rain gauge only shows up to six and it was full. More rain expected this afternoon, tonight and tomorrow. Yikes!
What beautiful colours! Magical plants.
The storm’s now moving at 3mph? Oh heavens, that does sound like drenching rainfall. The humidity afterwards will be horrendous. Hang in there, you and Will! I hope your electricity stays on. Rain, in its own way, can do as much damage to power as wind can. Roll on Friday!
@joansmor Thanks, Joan.
@danette I heard one of our local weathermen say the jet stream is too far north to move it along. It won't leave us until sometime Friday.
@ludwigsdiana Thank you, Diana.
@onewing Thank you, Babs.
@robz Thank you very much, Rob.
@briaan Thank you so much, Brian.
@kjarn Thank you, Kathy.
@wakelys Thank you, Susan.
@photohoot Thank you very much, Wendy.
