This is a wonderful sculpture outside the City Hall in Olathe, Kansas. I can't take any credit for the beauty here. That goes to the sculptor, David Regier. There is another, larger work, both part of the R.R. Osborne Memorial (I find this info online) a few yards away. I took some pictures of that also. Online biography also tells me David Regier apprenticed with his father Arlie Regier, who passed away last August. I think the Memorial as a whole might have been done collaboratively by both of them.
