Must Have Been a Busy Spring!

Seeing loads of these immature bluebirds this past week. There must have been some busy mamas and papas recently!
A stunning shot - I see you have used a similar camera to mine so I know you must have been quite close to this bird to get such a clear shot. Fav.

Sweet shot, love that big eye and the neutrals of his plumage look lovely against that beautiful sky.

He does have huge eyes. His speckled breast reminds me of our young robins here. Theirs gradually turn red as they mature.

@snaphappi I wasn't really terribly close - just did a big crop to this - those little guys don't let me get nearly as close as I'd like! Do love this camera and its ability to bring the little guys in.

So cute and great clarity. I haven't seen any babies, but I still have my male bluebird landing on my window.

Fav. Fabulous closeup of his details and he looks so pretty against the blue sky. I see that bit of blue emerging by his tail ;-) Sweet.

Been taking a look through your images and really enjoying them. We have a love of nature and a third year as 365ers in common as well as both being retired teachers, so I think I'll follow your site! Take a look at mine if you have time. I do quite a variety of themes as you'll see, but default to nature whenever I'm stuck for a subject!
