This little fellow (Screwy) and his friend Spicky totally screwed up my day. :-)
I do not know where I picked up these two! small parts, but it was pretty annoying that I had this flat tire. However, I am very grateful that besides the dropped pressure in the tire, nothing happened. After all, I was travelling on the highway.
