This viaduct runs from the bottom of my garden. A further 10 minutes up the line is the Sellafield Nuclear Reprocessing Plant. Thirty minutes down the line is BAE Systems (Barrow-in-Furness). Without these industries this line would be pretty much redundant.
Great catch with the train going across, must be a familiar sight for you. Those two industries bring lots of work to the area...my son in law works for BAE at Salmsbury .
