It's just been one of those days. Woke early and sent best wishes and thoughts to someone who was attending her mother's funeral .. to be told "thank you, but it was yesterday" and then the sadness at the loss of another school friend of both my children at the local Kendal Calling concert. Such a waste.
Just googled it - my son is 18 and goes to festivals (but I hope and pray sticks to beer because there have been dodgy pills around that get well publicised) and my daughter who has just graduated says pills are absolutely rife and her male friends all take them. There were even lads snorting cocaine on the dance floor at the grad ball. It's terrifying - they seem to be under so much more pressure than we were.
