This is what my (freeze-dried instant) coffee looks like before I add hot water, sugar, non-dairy creamer and Bailey's. (Sometimes, a great big scoop of rum raisin ice-cream gets thrown in too!)
I was trying out my new Sony NEX-C3 and macro lens. Anything smaller than my thumbnail was taken hostage and duly shot. The coffee was an early victim. 8D
Love your sense of humour Livia, although i don't like freeze dried coffee, this makes for an awesome pic. haha does it still taste like coffee with all those extra goodies in it.
Sounds like a fun time with your macro lens! I love how they make everything look so different - including your coffee :) Sounds like it should have tasted pretty good!
looks like sugar crumbles. i get very strong reaction to coffee ever since i hit fifty so i stay away from it. but i love rum-raisin ice cream! nice macro shot.
I love the way macro makes you look at something ordinary in an extraordinary way! After my attempts at the beach today, I first throught this was tiny pebbles too! Great shot! Time for a coffee I think!
Nice texture. I would have thought I was looking at rocks without your note. Congratulations on your new lens. Boy, does that rum-raisin ice-cream sound good.
I prefer real coffee, The best = espresso But I remember when I visit the U.S.A. I was glad to have to have freeze dried instant coffee .
Thank you for you so nice comment The fireworks was regularly , it`s how I did pic and did the cut out
LOL Love your comment! I'd have never guessed that this was coffee! I honestly thought that it could be "dog kibbles!" (Dried dog food) Anything tiny better watch out in your house right now! Not a big coffee fan, but I'd love to see a cup of your coffee AFTER you've got all of those ingredients in it!! I'm a cuppa tea person ever since we lived in England for three years. Great photo, Livia. :)
great focus here eh?
Thank you for you so nice comment The fireworks was regularly , it`s how I did pic and did the cut out
