Thich Nhat Hanh: "People deal too much with the negative, with what is wrong. Why not try and see positive things, to just touch those things and make them bloom?"
This bud is the same type of daisy as the one I'd posted yesterday. 8)
The bud is just as beautiful as the open flower! So rich and so captivating. Wonderful verse to go with this . . and so true. I am even guilty of being negative. "I can't . . !" One of my first responses so many times. Thoughtful composition, Livia.
They sort of look like teeth that are about to take a bite out life and I mean that in a good way! =) I like this shot and your words are so appropriate in more ways than you know, gal!
Livia, the colors on this partially bloomed blossom are beautiful, and your capture of it at this stage makes me want to hang back and wait for it to fully open...I love your approach to this!
A beautiful image - love the colors and the composition. I feel that the focus on the unfurling leaves and the quote go together perfectly. The beauty of this project for me is to see that people find the positive in so many different places :-).
Beautiful! I am just reminded of a message a friend sent to me saying, "God opens millions of flowers without forcing the buds, reminding us not to force our way but to wait for things to happen perfectly in time."
Thank you for taking the time to stop by, to look, to leave a comment. I appreciate your kindness and generosity so much. Thank you!
