Doesn't he look like he has a milk moustache a mile wide? XD
I love this little guy. He was a wonderful chocolate-brown all over with black and white accents.
His dark coloring made it hard for me to focus on him properly, particularly when the leaf he was on was such a bright yellow-green. Sometimes I wish I had better macro skills to take better photos of these cute little jumpers. Of course, I also wish I could get them to pose for me obediently. I had to chase after this one quite a bit, he wandered all over the place as if he was looking for something he had lost.
But I'm not complaining. It's such an adventure to find one to shoot, and even the most short-lived encounter leaves a lasting impression on me. 8)
Before I met you I never know the existence of jumping spiders. Soon we all will be experts . Thanks to you beautiful pic`s and the very interesting information with it .
LOL - for a couple reasons! 1) your title - very clever 2) you wish you had better macro skills - this is your niche area - you are the macro shot taking queen!!
A great, big, mustachioed and milky "THANK YOU!" to everyone for stopping by! I appreciate the time you've taken to write a comment. Thank you so much for enjoying Jumping Spiders Week with me. 8)
