My amazing get pushed partner Taffy gave me a choice of 2 challenges. I decided to give both a try. This one, "Focusing on leading lines, capture the movement as we transition into spring." is much more difficult than I imagined. My environment is anything but orderly so my plants are a tumble of greens and browns. But the scar on this tree with the daffodils in the distance caught my eye. I liked how both the scar and the leaf litter lead my eye to the flowers. Hope this works Taffy! I will try again.()And Danbo is getting ready for his closeup.)
I really like this one a lot, Hope! I love how my eye is drawn to the daffy's despite the fact that they are blurred. The wonderful textures on the tree and the scar that looks like it was sewn up is unique.
I get a conceptual hit on this picture big-time: Looks like spring is back there in another world, like the flowers are beyond some barrier. I love the way the yellow is back there so clear even though blurry.
