For the "ThinkPink2014" theme for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. These are my little cancer fighters that keep me in remission. http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/23807/think-pink
Today's message : Gratitude to the scientists and medical professionals who work every day to find medicines to fight this disease. And one day...a cure.
A big "Amen" to your feelings of gratitude, Hope! Prayers for many, many years of remission! I'm a BC Survivor, too! Unfortunately, now, I'm fighting metastatic disease (for the past three years). Many thanks to the medical professionals and grace of God who have made those three years possible. Great photo and reminder!
So happy to hear you are in remission. Thanks for the reminder. I will say a prayer tonight for all the scientists, medical professionals, cancer survivors and cancer fighters.
Lovely shot, they are little miracles to be keeping you in remission. And a big fave for the hard work of scientists and doctors for working so hard to find a cure.
I like this shot - for the photo it is.. but even more so knowing the background.
I'm doing a 22km Walk (in NZ) to raise money for cancer research. I'm looking forward to taking part in this event - raising money - but it will also be fun and sharing it with friends. Stay well http://www.walkingstars.org.nz
We have a little friend who is battling lymphoma right now. She is going for her last round of chemo this week. So tired, so sick, but still hopeful and smiling. It's hard when an adult has to fight cancer but even harder when it's a child. But once she is through it, medication like this will be her life saver too. Great shot and a great reminder.
