Went to the Imperial War Museum at Duxford today... http://duxford.iwm.org.uk/
Spent hours inside because the rain came down in buckets and we saw no flying at all. Fun day... great place. Cropped but otherwise SOOC.

fantastic capture and composition
Duxford is brilliant - we went in May with a group of teenagers, but stopping to take photographs wasn't an option in most of the rooms
360 / 9 = exactly 40 degrees between cylinders on this reciprocating engine. I think that helps with smooth power and mechanical counterbalance of the piston movements. My dad was a US SAC mechanic on these, although I never actually saw one in person. Cool.
